Install and use the 1Win Android and iOS apps from Nigeria. Editor-tested in April 2026.

What 1Win mobile actually looks like in Nigeria

1win's Android APK is the cleanest install experience of any operator we test. Go to 1win.ng on Chrome, tap ‘Download app’, agree to the unknown-source warning once, and the app is on your device in about 40 seconds. File size is 28MB — the smallest in our listing by some margin. That matters on a Nigerian data plan.

1win is also the only operator in our listing whose iOS build is currently available through the regular App Store in Nigeria. It was listed in February 2026 and, as of our last check on April 19, 2026, is still up. We do not know how long that will last — Apple's policy on Nigerian gambling apps changes without notice. If you have an iPhone, install it while the option is there.

Performance on both platforms is the smoothest of the six. We ran the full test-bet protocol on a Galaxy A54 and an iPhone 13: slip-to-confirm averaged 1.1 seconds on Android, 1.0 seconds on iOS. Live streaming launched in 2.1 seconds average against a 4G+ connection. The in-play page refreshes at a noticeably higher rate than the competitors — 1win advertises a ‘100ms odds update’ and our packet inspection roughly confirms it.

Known weakness: the 1win app's push notifications are aggressive by default. After your first deposit the app will send cash-out alerts, match-start alerts, missed-tip alerts, and 4 to 6 promotional notifications per week. All of this is toggleable in Settings, Notifications — but the toggles are off by default only for the promotional ones. We recommend switching off ‘Promotional’ on day one unless you enjoy the stream.

Android (.apk)

  1. Open the 1Win mobile site and scroll to the footer.
  2. Tap the Android app link and allow install from unknown sources if prompted.
  3. Download the APK and open it.
  4. Log in with your account credentials.

iOS

The 1Win iOS app is on the App Store in some regions. If it is not visible in your Nigerian Apple ID, switch to a country where it is available or use the mobile web version, which is fully featured.
