What we cannot help with
- Disputes with operators about your personal bet settlement — this is always between you and the operator. We can often signal the problem to our operator contact, but we cannot force a settlement.
- KYC document verification — operators will not discuss your KYC with a third party. Submit your ID directly.
- Withdrawal delays caused by Nigerian bank network issues — escalate to your bank, not us.
- Recovery of funds lost through an operator that has since shut down — if the operator has gone, the money is gone. We can point you to complaints channels.
