This quiz is adapted from the PGSI (Problem Gambling Severity Index), a validated research tool used by gambling regulators worldwide. It is not a diagnosis. A high score does not mean you have a problem; it means your answers suggest it might be worth talking to someone.

How to use the results

Low score (0-2): Your gambling is unlikely to be causing harm. Keep using deposit limits and self-reflection tools to stay in control.

Moderate score (3-7): Some indicators of risk. Consider setting stricter deposit and session limits. Talk to a friend or counsellor if you feel betting is affecting your mood or finances.

High score (8+): Strong indicators of problem gambling. Please contact a support service. There is no shame in getting help.
